my qualifications
My professional experience as a consultant for entrepreneurs for about 7 years combined with my lived experience going through burnout first hand makes me invaluable. I am trauma-informed, I have empathy and first-hand experience going through the problems my clients have gone through while also being an educator: so as an educator I know how to cultivate growth and progress in my clients as I am patient and can explain concepts and listen attentively.
A few of my achievements:
CPRS Award for Campaign of the Year
Club Founder Award
Former VP of "Peer Talk" the Hope + Me Speakers Series of person with lived experience of mental illness
but how did i get here?
By digging deep and doing my inner work, I have learned how to establish sustainable systems for self-love and self-care that transformed me from being an overgiving, overwhelmed, and burned out consultant to becoming a thriving, healthy, and abundant wellbeing thought leader
My Story
I wasn’t always the confident woman I am today
For over a decade, I worked as a brand consultancy owner, helping entrepreneurs bring their visions to life. On the outside, it seemed like I had it all together: my business was thriving, I was productive and effective 24/7, and being asked to speak on stages. But internally, I was struggling immensely.
I battled a harsh inner critic that never made me feel good enough, perfectionism that made failure look horrifying and unwanted emotions feel unproductive and unnecessary. I struggled with imposter syndrome that not only sucked the joy and fulfillment from all my hard work, it also led me to my rock bottom when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Bipolar disorder and faced months of hospitalization and despair. It was a time when I hadn’t fully healed from the trauma of grieving my father at a young age, abusive relationships and toxic workplaces.
My turning point
My Why: Transforming my Trauma in to My Mission to Revolutionize the Mental Health System with Peer Support
The turning point came when my best friend lost her battle with feelings of worthlessness, despite her immense talent. That devastating loss became my driving force to empower others, helping them overcome their inner critic and realize their incredible potential. I wanted to create a world where hardworking women could love themselves unconditionally, regardless of their successes or failures.
